Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, patient, and compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care and assistance to an adult with physical disabilities in a private home in Brampton, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

- Administer bedside and personal care.
- Administer medications.
- Assist clients in water (e.g., pool).
- Assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Assist with regular exercise, such as walking.
- Change non-sterile dressings.
- Feed or assist with feeding.
- Plan therapeutic diets and menus.
- Provide companionship.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Requirements:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Criminal record check required.
- Reliable, punctual, patient, organized, honest, and dependable.
- Good communication skills,



flexibility, initiative, and judgement.

Work Conditions:

- Work on-site at the employer's private home in Brampton, Ontario.
- Non-smoking setting.
- Repetitive tasks.
- Optional live-in accommodation available at no charge. This is not a condition of employment.
