Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, including logistics, staffing, cost controls, training and budgeting, leading a team of managers and event staff across onsite and offsite catering.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will drive guest experience, ensure adherence to bar, beverage and wine procedures, recruit and develop staff, monitor financial performance, and continually improve efficiency and service
