What You’ll Do

- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.

- Manage the reservation system, waitlist, and seating flow to ensure balanced server stations.

- Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them of initial dining details or specials.

- Answer phone calls to take reservations, address guest inquiries, and assist with takeout orders.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked host stand and entryway.

- Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth service flow.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred (but willing to train the right attitude).





- Strong communication skills and a positive, welcoming demeanor.

- Ability to multitask, stay calm, and think fast in a high-volume, quick-paced environment.

- Experience with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms) is a plus.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
