Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, PTAC units,
and structural elements
- Respond swiftly to guest repair requests, ensuring timely resolution to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, schematics updates, and safety checks
Experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guest interactions
