Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Cleaner who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in shared spaces and private rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies.




- Support additional tasks such as laundry services or organizing supplies as needed to uphold facility standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles, preferably within commercial or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Fluent in Mandarin 普通话 with good communication skills; ability to understand instructions and interact effectively with team members.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
