Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure comfort and convenience for guests
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns and report them promptly
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep cleans to uphold cleanliness standards




- Support team members in maintaining the overall tidiness of the property during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Positive physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction
