Key Responsibilities

- In this important role, you will demonstrate a “lead by example” attitude and management style, while overseeing the Housekeeping operations of this exciting dual branded hotel complex.
- Specific areas of responsibility include effective hiring and scheduling of Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, House-persons and Supervisory staff, as well as ensuring compliance of high cleaning/maintenance standards of the company.
- At times, step in and clean & inspect rooms
- Other tasks related to inventory, lost & found, payroll, health & safety, and team member engagement will be within your scope of responsibility.

Requirements

- Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2-3 years’ experience in a Housekeeping Manager and/or Supervisor position with direct reports.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work environment as well as basic computer literacy.




- Essential elements of success include strong organizational skills, solid team building ability, and the efficient follow up on requests.
- While shifts are mainly during the day, you will be required to work some weekends and/or holidays, based on business demands.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation

- Expected Wage: $52,000 - $58,000 annually
