Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution and uphold property standards.




- Adhere strictly to health regulations and sanitation guidelines during all cleaning activities.
- Assist with laundry services when required, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a positive working environment.

Experience

- Prior custodial or housekeeping experience in hotels or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to industrial cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness and guest service is preferred.
- Experience with the use of various cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
