As an HSE Manager, you will develop and maintain HSE programs, ensuring compliance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety legislation and CAM’s stringent safety policies. Your leadership will guide inspections, audits, and incident investigations, particularly during high-intensity Turnaround projects. You will work closely with site leadership, promote a safety culture, and oversee HSE Advisors, with a field presence of 75% during mobilizations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and CAM safety policies • Lead development of health and safety programs and procedures • Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments • Report safety performance to the Leadership Team • Mentor and oversee Site HSE Advisors

Requirements: • 10+ years of HSE experience in industrial environments • Solid knowledge of Alberta OHS Act • Proven collaborative skills during Turnaround projects • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • CRSP designation preferred
