Furnace and AC Installer
Build on Your Installation Experience. Learn All Aspects of HVAC.
Airdrie Air is looking for a skilled Journeyman or Apprentice HVAC Installer with a minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Work Locally. Spend Less Time in Traffic.
Airdrie Air exclusively serves Airdrie and Crossfield—we do not take jobs in Calgary or other communities. Our local service area means less time driving between jobs and less frustration with Calgary traffic on the way home. Spend more of your day putting your skills to work and enjoy the benefits of working close to home.
You will start in an installation role and gradually be trained in service, with training and support from our experienced team. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will take on more maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work.
Here at Airdrie Air, you learn installations, service, and sales. We want you to understand the complete HVAC system, deliver quality workmanship, and help homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort.
Preference will be given to candidates who live in Airdrie or Crossfield. This position is for an experienced journeyman; apprentice applications will not be considered.
Advanced Training. Higher Standards.
At Airdrie Air, ongoing technical training is central to how we work. We look beyond individual pieces of equipment to understand how the entire HVAC system performs.
You will receive training in calculating airflow, measuring static pressure, trouble shooting ECM motors and interpreting the results to identify air distribution problems. These skills help you deliver better installations and develop the foundation needed for accurate service diagnostics.
Your transition into service will be gradual, guided by your progress and supported by our team. You will also learn how to explain equipment options, recommend practical solutions, and develop your sales skills through explicit, informed customer conversations.
