We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Partner to start a recent business, bringing expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As an HVAC Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal indoor climate control, safety, and efficiency across various projects.

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers and air conditioning units for both residential and commercial
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams to accurately execute projects
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems to ensure seamless operation
- Utilize welding skills for system modifications or repairs requiring metal fabrication
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and troubleshoot effectively to identify root causes
- Collaborate with construction teams to support system integration within building frameworks
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used,



and system performance for each project
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations

Experience

- Red Seal Refrigerant
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
- Construction background with familiarity in reading schematics and working from technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC maintenance practices and system optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Mechanical knowledge that supports diagnosing complex system issues efficiently
- Prior experience working on boiler systems or similar mechanical equipment is highly desirable
