Iris Software Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer for our Toronto office on a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite per week).

You will translate user needs into elegant, accessible interfaces and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver polished experiences. The role requires robust visual design, design systems experience, prototyping, and a solid grasp of WCAG and AODA guidelines to ensure inclusive digital products.
