We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented independent contract cleaner to provide cleaning services for residential rental properties in Ottawa.

The primary responsibility will be cleaning vacant rental units between tenants and ensuring each property is clean, presentable, and ready for new occupants.

Responsibilities

- Clean vacant apartments and residential rental units.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Clean appliances, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
- Remove garbage and ensure the unit is left clean and presentable.
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or issues found during cleaning.
- Complete assignments within the agreed-upon schedule.
- Notify property management once each unit is cleaned and ready for inspection.

Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation.
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment.




- Flexible availability based on cleaning schedules and unit turnovers.
- Operate as an independent contractor and be responsible for applicable taxes and business obligations.

Compensation $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience and the scope of work.
