- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to maintain quality and consistency.
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.




- Follow all food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness.

Experience

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Prior experience in food service or kitchen roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with meal preparation for large groups or restaurant service is a plus.
