We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Industrial Inside Sales Specialist who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and getting things done accurately and efficiently.

In this role, you'll be a key part of our customer service and sales support team, helping industrial customers with product inquiries, quotations, sourcing, and order management. You'll work closely with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and practical solutions.

What You'll Do

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, quotation requests, and order requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through.
- Prepare accurate quotations, including calculations involving pricing, margins, markups, discounts, quantities, and unit conversions.
- Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and product documentation to identify suitable industrial products and alternatives.
- Source products and obtain competitive pricing, availability, and lead times from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, specifications, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations, customer requests, supplier commitments, and orders.
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and suppliers to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.




- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and order information in company systems.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in industrial distribution, inside sales, industrial customer service, or technical sales support.
- Familiarity with industrial products, equipment, components, and technical specifications.
- Experience preparing quotations, sourcing products, and processing customer orders.
- Ability to interpret product catalogues, datasheets, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.

Relevant industry experience is highly valued. Post-secondary education in business, engineering technology, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
