Kidzville Learning Centre is looking for a dedicated Infant Toddler Educator to join our team.
Position: Infant Toddler Educator
Wage: $22–$23 per hour + $6 ECE Wage Enhancement
We are seeking an educator who understands and practices Montessori principles, creating a calm and respectful environment where infants and toddlers can develop independence, confidence, and curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment
- Support children’s independence, movement, and practical life skills
- Observe children and guide their development through meaningful experiences
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized classroom
- Work collaboratively with other educators
- Communicate professionally with families
- Follow licensing regulations and centre policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Infant Toddler Educator (IT) License – required
- Montessori Infant/Toddler Certification – an asset
- Strong understanding of child development (0–3 years)
- Patient, calm, and respectful approach with children
- Strong observation and teamwork skills

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
