Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Edmonton, AB.
The Inside Sales
Representative will be responsible for answering calls and emails, providing quotes, processing orders, and answering customer inquiries, while providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, preparing and submitting quotes, managing orders, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
The role also involves responding to client needs promptly and resolving any inquiries to ensure a seamless experience for customers. This is a high-volume position.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
- Generate accurate quotes in a timely and effective manner
- Answer phone call and e-mail inquiries from customers
- Generate purchase orders for approved quotes
- Provide accurate orders for the production team
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Work professionally with our procurement and quality team when a quote requires
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong PVF knowledge an asset
- Experience in providing sales quotes and processing sales orders
- Experience in a high-volume role
- Experience in Microsoft Excel is considered an asset
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines
- Ability to achieve targets
