Alto Supply in Calgary is seeking a part-time Warehouse Inventory Order Processor and Delivery Driver. This hands-on role combines receiving, order fulfilment, inventory administration and organization, customer support and customer delivery. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable with inventory processes and systems. Duties

- Receive incoming goods; compare quantities and condition against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips; and document shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels performing daily and weekly cycle counts, investigating variances, reconciling physical stock to system records, and supporting periodic full inventory counts.
- Pick, pack, label, stage, and verify customer orders accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain orderly storage locations, bin labels, product rotation, and accurate put-away practices so inventory is easy to locate and handle.
- Process customer orders which may include order entry, invoicing, and related inventory transactions.
- Maintain receiving, shipping, and inventory records and communicate discrepancies or supply issues to management and suppliers.
- Use secure material-handling and lifting practices, keep aisles and work areas organized, and identify warehouse hazards or damaged stock.
- Help improve warehouse workflows, inventory controls, documentation, and system accuracy.
- Respond to customer and internal team inquiries about product availability and order status.
- Drive commercial vehicles to deliver orders promptly to customers when required, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Driving is not the primary focus of the role but will be relatively frequent
- Accurately process incoming inventory orders, verifying quantities and product details to ensure correct fulfillment




- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Assist with warehouse organization by moving stock, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work environment

Skills

- Proven ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently during order processing and warehouse activities
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude during deliveries and interactions
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and engage with customers effectively
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with inventory systems and order fulfillment processes
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification required for delivery duties

Experience:

- Warehouse Operations shipping/receiving, order fulfilment and inventory control : 1 year (required)
- Inventory software, warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, or Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service and order processing: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift or powered material-handling equipment: experience or certification is an asset
- Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)

Skills and requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and dependable record-keeping
- Ability to count, weigh, sort, pack, and move products accurately
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of warehouse work
- Knowledge of safe storage, housekeeping, and material-handling practices
- Valid driver’s licence for delivery support

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate

- Calgary, AB T2J 1G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
