Ausenco, based in Burnaby, BC, Canada, is seeking an IT Administrator to join our team onsite. You will handle Level 1–2 IT incidents, hardware/software support, and support for M365 tools, user access, onboarding/offboarding, and training.

The role emphasizes IT security responses, asset tracking, and contributing to knowledge base while supporting network/server/storage projects as needed. Solid Windows 11 experience is required.
