Become the driving force behind Intact’s new CCaaS platform as an IT Product Owner. Lead the development and rollout, bridging business needs with technical execution in a hybrid work model. Intact is searching for an IT Product Owner to oversee the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform build.

This role involves managing the product backlog and collaborating with IT Business Analysts, QAs, and Developers. Your leadership will ensure a smooth rollout aligned with operational and strategic goals while refining project scope based on user feedback. Key Responsibilities:

- Define, prioritize, and manage the CCaaS product backlog
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories
- Own and align the product roadmap with organizational strategies
- Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery streams
- Monitor platform performance and quality post-rollout Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role
- Experience with CCaaS or telephony platforms
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
