Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 8 years of qualified software development experience focusing on enterprise Java backend applications.
- Deep proficiency in Core Java (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, JVM internals).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security / OAuth2 / JWT.
- Proven track record designing microservices patterns (API Gateway, Circuit Breakers, Service Discovery, Bulkheads).
- Experience with message brokers and event streaming (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong SQL tuning and database design skills in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB)
