Jr Carpenter/Handyman – Property Maintenance & Renovation

Do you take initiative on site, feel at home in a woodshop, and love picking up new handyman skills as you go?

Apartment Sage is on the hunt for a Jr Carpenter to join our time for remodelling and renovation work across Vancouver. Your job role will range from framing, cabinetry, laying flooring, drywalling, creative problem solving for unique and intricate jobs! Maintenance across different properties in Vancouver will be required so a Valid Driver's License is essential.

This is more than just a carpentry gig — it’s an prospect to learn the ropes of property management, real estate, and home restoration from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform a wide range of carpentry work (framing, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, deck work, roofing, etc.)
- Assist with wood work & general maintenance across properties.
- Assist on larger renovation projects, working closely with our property management team
- Communicate with the team and ensure deadlines are met in appropriate time frames.
- Assist our team in wrapping up other areas of projects also such as painting, minor plumbing etc

What We’re Looking For:





- Some hands-on experience with tools and repair work
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to learn new skills & work positively alongside our Team
- Ability to work autonomously with clear guidance

Bonus If You Have:

- Plumbing or electrical experience
- Interest in real estate, renovations, or property management
- A high school diploma or relevant post-secondary education (trades, engineering, business, etc.)
- Big-picture thinking and a knack for spotting opportunities for improvement
