We're a Windsor-based technology company providing managed IT services, business technology solutions, network infrastructure, and technical support to businesses throughout Windsor-Essex.

We work with a variety of clients, industries, and technologies. That means no two days are exactly alike. One day you might be troubleshooting a Microsoft 365 issue, and the next you're helping deploy new workstations, configuring network equipment, or assisting with an IT infrastructure project.

You don't have to know everything — but you should enjoy learning, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing remote and on-site technical support to business clients.
- Troubleshooting Windows computers, laptops, printers, software, and peripherals.
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user accounts.
- Diagnosing network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet issues.
- Installing and configuring computers, networking equipment, and business technology.
- Assisting with Windows Server, Active Directory, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting backups, antivirus, and endpoint security systems.
- Responding to service tickets, documenting solutions,



and keeping clients informed.
- Supporting workstation deployments, office setups, and technology upgrades.
- Collaborating with senior technicians on more advanced technical issues and projects.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of hands-on IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
- A dependable, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and ability to travel to local client sites.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ubiquiti UniFi equipment.
- Firewall, VLAN, and VPN configuration.
- VoIP systems.
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM) software.
- Backup and cybersecurity solutions.
- CompTIA or Microsoft certifications.
