Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food delivery and efficient cashier operations.




- Assist in food handling procedures to uphold health standards and prevent cross-contamination in the kitchen environment.

Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous; however, training will be available for motivated candidates interested in developing their skills.
