We are a warm and loving family of four with two young daughters our 1 year old and occasionally our 2 year old. I am looking for some support caring for both children and helping with light household tasks. We follow a Montessori-inspired approach in our home, focusing on independence and gentle guidance, but we are flexible and realistic with our routines. Our toddler has a consistent nap and morning/bedtime schedule, while our newborn is still settling into her own rhythm.
We are looking for someone who can assist with:
- Caring for our 1 year old and occasionally both kids (with me present most of the time) - Light household chores (laundry, dishes, light cleaning) If you are nurturing, patient, and enjoy working with two little ones close in age, we would love to hear from you! *Prefer an individual with an ECE background and/or Montessori certified but we are adaptable
