We are seeking a motivated Laser Table Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC laser cutting machines by adjusting parameters for best cut quality
- Operate laser tables efficiently, monitoring cutting processes for accuracy and quality throughout production runs
- Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment, including calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Conduct cutting quality inspections
- Unload and debur part as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
- Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and software is highly desirable
- Knowledge of welding, plasma cutting, press brake operations,
and hand tools is a plus
- Ability to use precision measurement tools including calipers and gauges for quality inspection
- Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements
- Experience with crane or forklift operation is advantageous for handling heavy materials safely
- Effective communication skills with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork in a manufacturing setting
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
