Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing company producing custom transfers for apparel brands, print shops, and creators. We’re known for vibrant colour, fast turnaround, and reliable quality, and we’re looking for a hands-on operator to help keep our production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Operate and maintain large format DTF printers, powder shakers, and curing equipment
- Prepare and load print files, manage gang sheets, and optimize layouts to reduce film waste
- Perform daily maintenance: printhead cleaning, nozzle checks, ink and film changes
- Monitor colour accuracy and print quality; troubleshoot banding, smudging, and adhesion issues
- Inspect, cut, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
- Track inventory of inks, films, and powders and flag supply needs
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and protected

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with DTF, DTG, sublimation, or large format printing (6+ months preferred)
- Familiarity with RIP software (e.g., CADlink, Flexi, AcroRIP)



and basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- A good eye for colour and detail
- Mechanical aptitude and patience for troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [25 kg / 50 lbs]
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working to deadlines

Nice to Have

- Heat press experience
- Knowledge of ICC profiles and colour management
- Experience in a high-volume production environment

Pay: From $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
