Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality is seeking a Sous Chef in Toronto to join our kitchens, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine to lead the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You’ll mentor junior cooks, maintain high standards of mise en place, quality, and cleanliness, and help shape the guest experience through every plate.

This role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and a passion for culinary excellence within Canada’s leading hospitality group.
