Groupe Pace is looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to support our rental activities. If you have experience in leasing, real estate or sales and enjoy working with clients, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with prospective tenants.
- Respond to rental inquiries and follow up with prospects.
- Help convert incoming leads into completed rentals.
- Assist prospects throughout the application process.
- Maintain accurate contact records and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Work closely with the team to keep rental listings and availability up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate or a relevant sales role.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Good organization and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and appointments.
