Nöord Technologies is looking for a Letter of Credit Specialist to support Trade Finance Operations. This role requires expertise in managing letters of credit, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Join our dynamic team as a Letter of Credit Specialist supporting a top-tier financial institution's Trade Finance Operations. You will manage the bank's Letter of Credit portfolio, including issuance, confirmation, and advising on guarantees.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with client instructions and UCP Publication 600/ISP98 while providing technical support to internal clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Letter of Credit transactions for compliance
- Ensure accurate billing and timely invoicing
- Provide technical support on letter of credit practices
- Prepare required documents using TI+ and ACBS
- Process timely disbursements for LC drawings Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years in Trade Finance or SBLC
- Solid knowledge of UCP 600 / ISP 98 regulations
- Proficiency in SWIFT messaging systems
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
