- Provide direct patient-oriented nursing care
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain care documentation
- Implement and evaluate care/service plans
- Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences
- Collaborate with the Director of Care for resident transitions Requirements:
- Practical Nurse Diploma with active registration
- 3+ years of experience in seniors’ health
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
