What You Will Bring:

We are looking for a part-time, seasonal Line Cook to join the Branches BOH restaurant team for our busy Christmas season.

The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing quality food.

What You Will Be Doing:

· Cooking, preparing, and assembling a variety of menu items

· Washing, slicing, trimming, weighing, and portioning food according to quality and portion-control standards

· Maintaining clean and organized kitchen areas, work surfaces, equipment, and floors

· Following established food-handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards





· Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and other duties required for day-to-day operations In this role, you will assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen responsibilities while helping ensure an efficient, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

· Previous kitchen experience

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and follow established production schedules

· Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards

· Dependable, organized, and able to work collaboratively as part of a kitchen team
