Sansotei Ramen Royalmount is looking for enthusiastic people to join our kitchen team!

If you enjoy working with people, like staying busy, and want to learn how a professional ramen kitchen operates, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Experience is welcome, but it's not necessary. We will train you and help you develop your skills along the way.

Your Role

As part of our kitchen team, you'll help make sure every guest receives the quality and consistency that Sansotei is known for.

Your day-to-day work may include:

- Preparing ingredients for service
- Portioning food according to established recipes and standards
- Supporting the preparation of ramen and other menu items
- Keeping ingredients properly stored and stations fully stocked
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Checking food temperatures and maintaining food safety standards
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Helping receive and organize deliveries
- Assisting with inventory and stock organization
- Working with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly
