JSpicy Boys Hot Sauce is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen production team!

We're a locally owned hot sauce company producing bold, flavour-packed sauces, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a growing small business.

Responsibilities

- Hot Sauce Production: Prepare ingredients, follow established recipes, and cook hot sauce in batches while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Bottling & Packaging: Fill, cap, seal, and package hot sauce bottles efficiently and accurately.
- Labelling: Apply product labels neatly and consistently, ensuring all bottles meet our presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for consistency, proper sealing, and accurate labelling.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including washing and sanitizing equipment.
- Inventory & Organization: Assist with organizing ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.

What We're Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable lifting and moving ingredients, equipment, and cases of finished products.
- Previous kitchen or food production experience is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
