Candidates should have customer service experience, cleaning skills, and some minor maintenance abilities. In this role, you will ensure smooth property operations, collect rents, and provide exceptional service to residents every day. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect rents promptly and efficiently
- Show and lease available suites to prospective tenants
- Clean common areas like hallways and elevators
- Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed
