Duties

- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) to schedule freight, manage carriers, and track shipments in real-time
- Support procurement and sourcing efforts by managing purchase orders, vendor relationships, and pricing negotiations
- Work closely building carrier and partner relationships.
- Manage tracking and tracing with all levels of the supply chain.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand planning needs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency
- Manage shipping & receiving operations, including freight scheduling, 3PL partnerships,



and compliance with safety standards such as forklift operation

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Transportation and distribution Experience with procurement processes and sourcing strategies within supply chain environments
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), such as Rose Rocket, Load link and Broker Pro platforms
- Excellent data analysis skills for demand planning, pricing strategies, and process optimization
- Familiarity with freight logistics, 3PL providers, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control.
- Proficient with excel and building pricing models.
- Highly motivated and experienced with negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations

Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
