Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of machines to identify issues and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to assist in machine setup, maintenance, or product assembly tasks
- Maintain accurate production logs, quality records, and shift reports to ensure traceability and accountability
- Assist with warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials using forklift or manual handling techniques
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and reporting maintenance needs
- Follow safety guidelines diligently,
including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machine operations and perform basic repairs or adjustments
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, quality standards, and safety regulations enhances your effectiveness in this role
