- Lead and develop a team of Accounting & Reconciliation Analysts
- Review and approve reconciliation activities regularly
- Investigate and manage reconciliation breaks and accounting exceptions
- Oversee manual GL postings and compliance standards
- Act as primary liaison across various banking operations Requirements:
- 7-10 years in banking operations or financial control
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Trade Finance and banking systems
