River City Manufacturing is a young operation with several long-term clients specializing in export of premium products throughout the USA and Canada. We are looking for an Assembly Technician to work with a small team creating high quality products. The Assembly Technician is to work closely with other Technicians while reporting to the Shop Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and expedite the flow of part assembly and manufacturing
- Work with the team by picking, assembling, and shipping products
- Inspect quality of incoming and outgoing products
- Consult with department supervisors to determine progress of assembly
- Report on progress of orders, inventory levels, and order fulfillment problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Adhere and enforce all work safety rules & regulations
- Perform various administration, inventory and warehouse tasks as required

What you need?

- Previous experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift heavy objects frequently
- Forklift experience preferred
- Wiring experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Mechanically inclined

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
