Position Overview:
Successful Associate will work as part of team under the supervision of the area Team Leader/Supervisor, carryout out several tasks in Production and the Shipping Departments. Must be flexible to work in varied departments with great organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
· Operation of Molding Press - manufacturing automotive parts
·monitoring the production process and carryout basic quality checks
· reporting equipment faults/failures to maintenance staff and/or Supervisor
· scanning product numbers into the computer system
·Ensure shipments are staged and loaded in accordance to company procedures operation of forklift in a safe manner - up to 50-60% of the time during your shift
Achieving target production numbers and comparing actual production numbers to key performance indicator
·Work well on a team and independently as needed
·· scanning product numbers into the computer system
· Any other job related duties as assigned.

Wage as follows:
Start Rate- $20.91./hr
After 6 months - $22.75/hr
After 3 years - $25.36/hr
Shift premium of $.50/hr/ Night Shift Premium - $1.00/hr
Overtime paid daily after 8 hours per day
Skills / Qualifications:
Must have forklift practical experience and be very organized and able to multi-task be a team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
Must focus on safety, quality, 5S and productivity
Experience:
Must be willing to work in a fast paced workplace. We are seeking applicants that are reliable and want to learn and be part of a company with dedicated team members.
Other Requirements:
