Marketing Manager – Medical Aesthetics

Part-Time | Growth Opportunity to Full-Time | Performance-Based Bonus

Rosa Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator/Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies as our clinic continues to grow.

Mandarin speaking and reading skills are a STRONG asset and highly preferred.

This position will initially be part-time (starting at 3 days per week), with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, client acquisition, and bookings.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Rednote/Redbook.
- Plan, create, and coordinate engaging photo and video content.
- Develop promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and clinic events.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and improve the clinic's website, SEO, and local search visibility.
- Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, and booking conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Identify new opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous marketing experience in the medical aesthetics or medical spa industry is preferred and a strong asset.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and local SEO is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in website design, website management, and landing page optimization.




- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Canva, and email marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative sense, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Portfolio or examples of previous marketing work are required.

Position & Compensation
- Part-time to start: approximately 3 days per week.
- Robust opportunity to transition into a full-time Marketing Manager position.
- Hybrid work arrangement: a combination of in-clinic content production and remote work.
