Duties

- Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, progress notes, and client feedback in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care when necessary
- Manage patient service interactions with empathy, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques,
and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a licensed or certified Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with local licensing requirements
- Proven experience in providing massage therapy services, especially in med spa or occupational health settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Skilled in patient assessment, pain management techniques, and deep tissue massage modalities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their concerns effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
