Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation and service.




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus for understanding food prep processes.
- Upselling skills to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities.
