Systematic Industrial Construction is seeking versatile, mechanically inclined tradespeople with experience in Structural, Mechanical, and Piping (SMP) work within industrial construction and maintenance environments for full-time work at a mine site in Nunavut.

We are looking for well-rounded tradespeople, apprenticeship candidates, and versatile uncertified generalists who are comfortable working across multiple disciplines rather than specializing exclusively in one trade.

Ideal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas:

- Structural steel erection, modification, and installation
- Industrial equipment installation, alignment, and maintenance
- Process piping installation, fitting, and assembly
- Rigging, hoisting, and material handling
- Welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Industrial shutdowns, plant maintenance, and brownfield construction

Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a crew, adapting to changing site conditions, and supporting multiple trades as required.

Qualifications:

Red Seal certification in a related trade is an asset but not a requirement. We welcome applicants with a combination of practical industrial experience and demonstrated competency across multiple SMP disciplines.

Our ideal candidate is a capable industrial construction generalist who takes pride in being able to tackle a wide range of mechanical and structural work safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will be based in Edmonton or within 250 km of the city. Applicants from Calgary and the surrounding area will also be considered.

Pay: $33.95-$57.96 per hour
