Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Mobile Supervisor to oversee security operations at luxury condominium properties. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, loss prevention, and law enforcement collaboration. Your leadership will ensure the safety of residents, staff, and property assets while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate mobile security patrols across condominium sites to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct CCTV surveillance reviews to monitor activity and identify potential security threats
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during incidents or investigations to ensure swift resolution
- Implement loss prevention strategies by inspecting common areas, entrances, and exits for suspicious activity
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting purposes
- Train and mentor security personnel on surveillance techniques, emergency procedures, and customer service standards
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, providing clear communication with residents and emergency responders
Skills
- Strong background in law enforcement or security operations with a focus on surveillance and loss prevention
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and interpreting surveillance footage
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a mobile security team effectively
- Knowledge of security protocols specific to luxury residential environments
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or incidents
- Positive communication skills for liaising with law enforcement, residents, and team members
