Shape young minds at Académie Montessori Brossard as a full-time Early Childhood Educator. Guide children aged 6 months to 6 years through Montessori-inspired learning in a nurturing and protected environment. In this full-time, on-site role based in Brossard, QC, you will plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities focusing on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Your responsibilities include supervising play, maintaining a welcoming classroom, and documenting children's progress. Collaborate with families and colleagues to cultivate a supportive atmosphere for learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Montessori-inspired educational activities for children
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Assist with meals,
naps, and hygiene routines
- Observe and document children's developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff Requirements:
- Experience with children aged 0-5 in early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or French
- DEC, ECE, or Montessori certification (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR training
- Successful completion of background checks Deliver positive educational experiences and promote growth in a supportive, engaging daycare setting.
