In this hands-on role, you'll direct a close-knit team of motion designers, creating impactful 2D and 3D animations for diverse marketing projects.

Your leadership will ensure that every creative vision aligns with our clients’ goals while fostering a team-oriented studio environment. This position combines storyboarding, design, and client engagement seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire the motion design team creatively
- Create clear storyboards and polished styleframes
- Oversee 2D and 3D animation asset production
- Provide actionable feedback to team members
- Engage directly with clients for project insights Requirements:
- 8+ years in motion design with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D and Adobe Suite
- Experience in creating refined styleframes and storyboards
- Familiarity with XParticles and Figma is a plus
