Responsibilities
- Perform Russian and Slavic-style manicures and pedicures with precision, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations
- Provide additional services such as body waxing to enhance the overall client experience
- Engage with clients through active communication, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations after each service
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and body treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly,
professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Assist in retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and promoting ongoing nail care routines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performing Russian or Slavic manicure and pedicure techniques
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices for sanitation
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment
- Familiarity with nail care products, tools, and latest industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail items naturally during service consultations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Sufficient knowledge of English
