Extendicare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse on a permanent full-time night shift (2300-0700) to join our care team in Canada. You will provide planned, patient-centered nursing care and collaborate with the inter-qualified team to support residents.
Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, education for residents and families, and coordination with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary team.
