We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Noon Hour Supervisor to oversee student supervision and activities during the midday break. In this vital role, you will ensure a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children during their lunch and recess periods. Your leadership will foster respectful interactions, promote inclusive play, and support students’ well-being.

Responsibilities
- Supervise students during lunch and recess, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Promote positive social interactions among children, encouraging respectful communication and inclusive play
- Enforce school rules and behavior expectations consistently and fairly
- Assist students with classroom transitions or needs during the noon hour as required
- Address minor conflicts or behavioral issues promptly, escalating more serious concerns to appropriate staff
- Maintain a clean and organized lunch/recess area, ensuring safety hazards are addressed immediately
- Support classroom staff by providing updates on student behavior or concerns observed during supervision
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational, caregiving, or recreational settings is highly valued
- Experience with classroom activities or early childhood education enhances your ability to engage students effectively
- Familiarity with caregiving responsibilities, including supporting children with disabilities or special needs, is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children confidently and responsibly
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents as needed
